Description

EasySetlist is a super-easy way to organize your song sheets. You can import your song PDFs, create setlists and view your chords.

I'm a musician myself and was looking for a simple way to have my PDF chord sheets available and organize them into setlists. While there are many options out there with many cool features, I needed something plain and simple. That's why I created EasySetlist.

EasySetlist supports page turning pedals which work by simulating key strokes (i.e., left/right arrow or up/down arrow). Most of the widely used pedals should work now.

You can share setlists with other EasySetlist users. Sharing works by sending an archive file to the other user via any means you like (mail, Dropbox, Airdrop, etc.). Since this feature also works via AirDrop, it does not require internet connectivity, so can be used directly on stage even when there's no Wifi.

EasySetlist can be used for free for 10 songs. If you like the app, you can remove this limitation through a small one-time(!) in-app purchase. This means:
* no subscription
* no expensive fees
* no ads
* no obligatory user account
* no required internet connection
* no tracking of your app usage

A small one-time purchase and the app is unlocked forever. Try it out for free!

Like the program quite a bit

Some apps like Music Binder do not work with page turners as far as I can tell, at least not the Blueboard. I will try this app with my BlueBoard and see if it works. Others like the set list app IK media supplies with Iklip does supposedly mate with the Blueboard but is nearly impossible to make work to even create a set list without it crashing. This is the closest thing to what I was looking for that I found that will work me, bonus if I get the BlueBoard to function.

Developer Response ,

Hi Rez1226, thanks for your review! You definitely can change the song order of a setlist after it has been created. Simply open the setlist and tap "edit" on the top right. In the left column, you now see the current songs and you can re-arrange them by dragging the symbol to the right of each song (the three horizontal bars). Regarding the page turner: Usually, page turners offer different modes (which differ in the commands they send). Please try the different modes in case it does not work right away. Usually there should be at least one mode that works with EasySetlist. Thanks for using EasySetlist!

Page turner no longer works

I have been using a Moukey page turner with this app for more than a year during practice and regular gigs. It suddenly quit working ONLY on this app. Page turner works normally on several other apps I have on my iPad. One star primarily because support button leads nowhere. How can I get this pedal working again with EasySetlist??

UPDATE. The developer responded quickly and fixed the problem. I suspect it may have been caused by the iOS 15 update, but don’t know that for a fact. Anyway, fast response!

Developer Response ,

Hi, thanks for your message! It seems that some users are encountering problems with page turners with some versions of EasySetlist and iOS. I'm still investigating this problem. It would be super helpful if you could send me the details of your setup (especially which iOS version you're using) to easysetlist@musikerblog.com.

Great app but needs some tweaking

I was using this app for over a year and absolutely loved it. Would have given it five stars but it seems to have developed some issues lately. It is super easy to use. You can quickly update your set lists and add songs to your song list. However for some reason songs are disappearing. They’re still in my list but when I open them up they are blank. These are songs that I’ve been using all along. Also, it would be really handy if you could use the Apple Pencil and make edits on the songs. And, if you could pinch them larger so they’re easier to see.
