La APP CFEcontigo está diseñada para: facilitar el pago de tus servicios mediante tarjetas bancarias de crédito y débito; solicitar cargo recurrente para pagar tu servicio; pagar con puntos BBVA; consultar tu saldo y descargar tu último recibo; ubicar los 10 Centros de Atención a Clientes más cercanos; reportar fallas de suministro de energía en tu servicio; activar tu recibo electrónico (paperless); calcular tus consumos posteriores de forma simulada y recordatorios de pago.
Para obtener la dirección precisa de los Centros de Atención a Clientes más cercanos debes activar tu ubicación y para recibir los recordatorios de pago tendrás que activar los mensajes push de la aplicación.

Auto payment doesn’t work
Everything is great, however it gives the option for automatic payment but doesn’t work.

Worthless
This app will not load. I’ve never encountered worthless app ever in my 14 years with an iPhone.
App payment option not working
I’m having trouble making payments and adding payment information onto the app. An error message appears saying that I can’t add card or payment at this time. I have the latest 4.1 version installed. I physically went ti the CFE location and they said to call #071. I called the #071 and they said they had nothing to do with the app and could not help me. So what is the point of having this app if all I can do is see my bill. I want the convenience of paying on the app and not paying convenience charges for paying at their “accept payment providers”. This is ridiculous. This is 2023 not 1990 provide a working app that anyone in the world can use.
