Password
This app logged me out of my account and I cannot remember my password. I have tried multiple passwords and it says “no member with this info” but when I try to reset my password it gives an error. I have been trying for the last week to reset my password and have had no luck. Only an error message. I love Beefs and I had finally earned a $10 reward but am unable to use it now.
Useless if you want to place an order
I’ve been happy with the new app interface when scanning and redeeming loyalty points in store. But ordering online is horrible. In app, can’t get past viewing my cart/order. I constantly get an error message. I tried to place order on web and made it to the “place order” button. But then get the same error that they “can’t do what I’ve asked them to do.” Su ch a waste since I had a free item offer that is going to expire and I couldn’t take advantage of it with the faulty ordering system.
Points disappeared—All my points & rewards are gone
App was “upgraded” the first week of February 2024 & I couldn’t use it at my usual Beef’s bc the “system is being upgraded.” The upgrade is a new app that 1. Asks for info the app doesn’t need to know, is invasive with the info required, and won’t let me progress w/o the info, & 2. Made me start from scratch. All my points & rewards are gone from my weekly visits, and I wasn’t able to use my reward while the system was “upgrading.” Why ever should I waste my time on this app?
