After 24 months of Program - Absolutely worth the time and money
I am a Travel baseball coach and 100% approve of everything this program offers. In today’s world of misinformation and misused young arms…. It provides a full service program “in-season” and “off-season” that promotes total arm care and development. It’s self pace program and app promotes personal accountability for all athletes and allows numerous reflection points throughout the year to measure arm strength, speed and flexibility. This reduces the stress between Parent/athlete/coach throughout the year by tracking pitches and providing recommended pitch count and rest. This program has made our pitchers more effective with increases in strength and velocity but most importantly durability.

Once you sign up it’s impossible to cancel. Phone is out of service. No email answered. Been disputing charges for 3 months now.
