Error message
I installed this app on my phone but I’m getting an error message each time I enter my email address. Why?
Login Pin info
When you login to your TD jakes account on a computer to purchase content you can access your PIN here. Go to my account and contact info with your name etc etc . At the bottom you will see pin filled in and greets our. That’s the pin needed to access this app.
Error
Is there a different way to access this application I have installed and uninstalled application. I’m still not able to get passed the email screen. I’ve Even tried using another email address and I’m still receiving an error message. Please fix I would love to keep up with the Potter House
