GigTracks 4+

At this time I am actively seeking employment and I reached out to someone about possibly filling a position for them. they told me I had to apply through the app GigTracks. So I went through the whole process of downloading the app, filling out all the information and waiting for my profile to get approved, just for there to be no job postings under the title I chose. I reached out to what I’m assuming is the customer service because they were texting me. I did not get any of my questions answered properly it’s been a couple of days now there are no new jobs posted at all and I have not gotten a response back from customer service as to how I can change my job title so that I may possibly apply for other positions under different job titles. I would never recommend this app to anybody else and in the future I hope they actually have job postings that are real and not fake. I personally feel as though this app is just used to collect personal information.

Pretty worried at this point because I included a lot of personal information on this app-obviously looking for a job like everyone else and am concerned bc there are no job postings. I reached out to them and they said they would let me know when something opens up but I’m very skeptical at this point. Scared my identity or something will be stolen bc they have my driver’s license and social security number and everything. Don’t use this app!!! I reporting them to the BBB.

I was looking from employment and came across this app through indeed. Unfortunately i think it’s a scam I’ve went through the whole process and got approved. The app does not work I’ve been trying to reset my password and everything. I’ve tried to contact someone from this app it’s like it’s a whole scam I haven’t found work yet. Don’t download. They just want peoples information.
