I ordered some snacks back in February and still haven’t received it. It’s May now. I contacted customer service several times and there were either always busy, or not responsive. They even created fake tracking number just so I can stop bothering them. The tracking number was never updated(duh it’s fake) and I lost so much time and patience trying to get a useful response. Stop using excuses like unforeseeable losgitics. I have placed orders with other apps and their delay is significantly more informed and within understandable timeframe. I asked for refund and they are now trying to deliver the product. Such a disappointing shopping experience.

The customer service person cannot provide me with any real tracking number. Since they cannot provide any evidence of shipment, I suspect that they never mail anything to their customer. I had very bad experience with Kouhigh. Don’t use it!!

假商家，订货两个月了，结果没送到，申请提现，竟不被受理，且要求提现的金额自动从账户中消失，损失了金钱，浪费了时间，劝大家千万别上当受骗，不要买口嗨的货物！
