Description
The InmateSales View mobile app allows you to place video sessions to incarcerated individuals at certain facilities. You can place and receive video calls from wherever you have high speed internet using your device’s microphone and speaker. Approval for your video sessions may be required by the incarceration facility. Not all facilities support video sessions. Having trouble
Mine is saying it needs updated and takes me to where it says open I open it and it says it needs updated again is it because I’m on my cellular data and need to be on WiFi ? Because when I use WiFi I think it works?
Please fix this
Families pay preposterous amounts of money to keep in contact with their loved ones. Calls are choppy, half the time they don’t connect until the third or fourth try, and trying to contact customer service only leads to a busy tone after hearing “all circuits are busy.” Why are we being punished in addition to the person on the inside? Please, please address these issues. I understand you can’t do anything about the cost, and wouldn’t expect you to because we’re at your mercy so that you can profit. But for the love of god, at least make it function properly.
Visits
I see a lot of people on this app talking bad about it. I’ll admit I was until I called customer service which they should’ve done and known that you have to schedule a visit before u can even see them on video duhh. I’m so excited Monday I get to talk to my home boy!!!! So next time ppl don’t talk trash about an app that you didn’t even call their number to see what’s wrong like I just did....smh slow ppl lol
