Impact Wrap is the world's leading platform for connected heavy bag fitness with over 2.2M workouts under our belt, equivalent to over 300 years of use.
The Impact Tracker, a dedicated sensor that sits outside of the strike zone, measures how fast a hit accelerates it using any body part. Points are assigned to each hit - the harder you hit, the more points you receive.
This free-to-download app can be used for your gym or home to see your workout history and details like strike count, average impact force, pacing, and more performance metrics. And, now, Impact Wrap has integrated heart rate so you can see calories and HR zones for a complete fitness platform.
For martial arts schools, boxing gyms, and kickboxing fitness locations, our gym version connects from 2-60 bags together so you can compete against yourself or others. We're excited to release our Impact@Home model! All the great metrics that are found in our gym platform are now available for everyone at home in one app. Results for home and gym are conveniently in one tab. We've integrated video and added support for Chromecast. We've also added Apple Health support to sync your workout stats.
Our gym partners will be adding tons of workout videos in the near future so you can get the best variety of coaches from around the world.

Best boxing/Kickboxing tracking platform EVER!
For 20 years I have owned Extreme Fitness in Fairless Hills Pennsylvania and we have had multiple boxing and kickboxing classes that came and went. Adding the Impact Wrap app and technology to our bags has absolutely blown up our classes so that now, they all sell out a week in advance with a waiting list to get in. We have a 27 bag system and will be expanding to 50 bags in the near future. We would never have considered that expansion without impact wrap! Dan is absolutely amazing and offers help and service whenever necessary although we have never had either a technical problem with the app, software or hardware since implementation 6 months ago. He was beyond helpful in getting my staff familiar with the operation of the program and gave us great ideas for using it for special events.
To everyone currently operating a group class facility of any kind, offering striking classes, even if it is a one-on-one Environnement, I highly recommend bringing this system into your facility. It provides your members with unparalleled tracking information regarding total strikes, speed and power and will take your class attendance beyond anything you thought possible.

Amazing app
Great product. Simple to set up. Easy to use. Most important to me is it provides a yardstick and some measurement of progress. This in turns get me to work out more regularly and keep to a schedule. I have a heavy bag at home and with the isolation, it really has been a great focus. Well done to the team.
