Liking this app

So far my husband and I like this app. We have our own tracking on our phone. Which means you each have to get the app to track properly on separate phones. If you’re sharing it, it’s going to mess things up. So be sure each has their own app on your phone. Keep your phone with you when using scale. Have the app open. And be sure and measure your body ( thighs, calves, biceps..) it helps to have your measurements in there.

Hobbled

This app was weak initially, but updates had fixed bugs and made it useful. If I had written a review before the latest version I would have given it 4 stars. But the latest update removes much of the functionality I liked.

I never understood why the app would not let me change the comparison point to measure changes from, and that flaw remains. But now there are much worse ones. I wanted the scale and app to track my spouse’s weight, which was dropping dangerously due to a health problem. Before the latest update, I could see their latest weight with one click. Now it is six. Before, I could see their entire record, just like my own, with one or two more clicks. Now with three or four more clicks I can see a small fraction of their data. I can no longer track the data essential for my use.

While I dislike the new design, I gave it two stars because my scale data is at least displayed. But the transition to the new app was terrible, and the new app is dramatically less useful to me. I’ll likely have to discard the scale and delete the app. Too bad, because it was just fine before they screwed it up with the August 2022 update.

really going down hill this update

so disappointed with the movement away from long term tracking to something essentially like myfitnesspal. my favorite feature was the goal section where it would predict how long it would take you to reach your goal at your current pace and show how far you’ve come percentage wise to reaching that goal. with this most recent update it’s so negative, not only is all the progress essentially not shown but the verbiage is TERRIBLE!!! it now says “you’ve STILL got x many pounds to go to reach your goal” this is so rude! what used to be my favorite part about weigh-ins is now completely gone. PLEASE PUT IT BACK!
