Needs work.
Supposedly this is an updated version, but there are still problems. I can not add my personal information, and other pages don’t work. But it can find my trips so that’s something.
Major Problem preventing updating passenger data
Software has a major programming issue. When I try to update my information, the software will not let me update anything because mandatory fields need to be filled in or nothing will update. Title is a mandatory field and was blank on my reservation transferred from United. When I put the cursor over the data entry box, I get the circle with a slash, no changes allowed. But, the mandatory field can’t be empty. No update to any information can be made with this field empty.
Huge improvement
This new app is a huge improvement over the prior one. Please don’t ever revert back to the old ones format again. With this new app, I’ll probably fly Thai Airways more now that it’s easier & faster.
