FastGo.mobi - Ride-hailing App 17+

Drivers arrive on time and fast go is better than other taxi that I have been tried before .

1. Regular price before discount is very high, higher than traditional taxi. I use car service (from various app hailing & traditional taxi) to go to work every day, 5 days/ưeek for mant years now, so for same distance I know the price very well. FastGo’s regular price before discount is the HIGHEST among ride hailing AND traditional taxi. Then it has a mysterious auto discount that brings the price down to a number just a little higher than Grab’s regular, non-discounted price.

2. Price changes without explanation. Depending on time of day, price may change but I never know why. With Grab, at least they display “price increase due to high demand”.

3. Every time I open app, it makes my iPhone X really hot. I’m using latest iOS & app version. Problem happened since first time I installed & persisted until now. No other app hailing or even Google Maps on navigation mode has this problem. This makes me NOT want to stay within FastGo for extended time, for example to look at news, promotions or to check where my driver is.

4. FastGo’s best discount is when using Vimo digital wallet. Vimo is VERY INCONVENIENT, SLOW & UNINTERESTING as far as promotions (from Vimo for other services) go. Cannot top-up outside office hours for free, and topup is done via manual bank transfer (I must go into bank app, make bank transfer manually, must type some exact syntax in transfer’s note, otherwise no topup). All other digital wallets app allow topup free anytime, why Vimo cannot? Vimo is worst than bank’s internet banking app. Therefore many times, Vimo’s discount cannot be used, making FastGo unattractive.

5. VERY HARD TO GET A RIDE. Drivers FREQUENTLY cancel trip. There was time when 5 drivers canceled trip in a row. Drivers don’t cancel right away, they wait 5-10 minutes then cancel. A LOT OF TIME WASTED!

Giá trước khuyến mại của FastGo ĐẮT NHẤT trong mọi dịch vụ, kể cả taxi truyền thống. Rồi họ có 1 mức giảm “bí ẩn” để đưa giá về luôn cao hơn Grab trước khuyến mại 1 chút xíu.

2. Giá thay đổi mà k có giải thik. Tuỳ giờ trong ngày, giá sẽ thay đổi mà tôi k biết vì sao. Ít nhất Grab còn có 1 dòng “giá cao do nhu cầu tăng”.

3. Mỗi lần mở app làm cho fone của tôi (iPhone X) NÓNG RAN. Tôi đang dùng iOS & app version mới nhất. Vde có từ ngày đầu tiên dùng tới giờ sau nhiều lần update vẫn thế. K có app gọi xe nào khác, hay kể cả Google Maps trong chế độ dẫn đường, có vde này. Vde này làm tôi KHÔNG muốn dùng app lâu, ví dụ để xem cập nhật khuyến mại hoặc xem tải xế của tôi đang ở đâu.

4. Khuyến mại tốt nhất của FastGo là kết hợp ví điện tử Vimo. Vimo CỰC KỲ BẤT TIỆN, CHẬM & KHÔNG CÓ ƯU ĐÃI HẤP DẪN (của Vimo cho các dịch vụ khác). K thể nạp tiền k mất phí ngoài giờ hành chính và phải làm thủ công (vào app của bank, lập lệnh chuyển khoản cho Vimo, ghi câu lệnh chính xác trong phần ghi chú, nếu k thì bị treo, k nạp được). Vimo còn tệ hơn cả internet banking app. Mọi ví điện tử khác có thể nạp miễn phí mọi lúc, vì sao Vimo k thể? Vì vậy rất nhiều lúc k thể dùng khuyến mại Vimo, làm cho FastGo k hấp dẫn.

5. RẤT KHÓ GỌI XE. Tài xế THƯỜNG XUYÊN tự huỷ chuyến. Có lúc bị 5 tài xế huỷ chuyến liền nhau. Họ không huỷ ngay, nhận chuyến xong 5-10 phút sau mới huỷ. CỰC KỲ TỐN THỜI GIAN!

This app is broken and non-functional at this point.
