My experience as an InRoads Member
I have enjoyed both the limited Lobby Teller services, however I am grateful that the St Helen’s Branch still has real Teller services! I appreciate having the teller option and the video teller option and regular ATM Services and I use all of these services and I have frequent flyer miles with InRoads live, they have been so very helpful on many occasions!
I overall feel that all your Bank Tellers to your Loan Officers and higher all are very knowledgeable, well trained, dressed appropriate and above everything else, they are polite and respectful! Top quality staff members!

Great app
If you’re getting pop up ads, it’s on your end. There are no ads.
Overall good
My one complaint with the app is that a transaction will post and disappear and then post again the next day. Or a transaction will post as pending and remain pending for 3 days. Thankfully I have a ledger still or I would be in lots and lots of trouble depending upon this app’s accuracy.
