I have had nothing short of amazing customer service from Jules and James. Any issues I have had has been with shipping and not with the company itself. Regardless, they made it right. They treat their customers like family, both online and in the bricks and mortar store. My mother and I visited for our birthday that’s very close together and she couldn’t decide between 2 pairs of earrings. They gave her one pair as a birthday gift. They frequently do giveaways or add little treats to your order. Recently, an order came with a toy soldier and a card reminding us to pray for our troops. The girls are super sweet and pour their heart and soul into their work. The clothes are trendy but made for someone who isn’t a teenager anymore. They are high quality pieces that can be worn season after season. My closet is full of j and j, more than I can ever wear, and I love it! This fashion lover is obsessed! J and J is the best out there and I love supporting such a kind owner! 💗

Jules & James has some of the best quality of clothing in the whole state of GA ( & world wide if you ask me)! I am always very pleased with any purchase I make & if for some reason I’m not, (which is hardly ever) they are always kind enough to fix the problem. They have SO many different options to choose from for every shape & size. I love how their pieces truly fit for each individual woman & the clothing material makes you feel so good about yourself. I never usually get excited about a piece of clothing, but when it comes to my J & J, I’m checking the mailbox daily if I’m not in the store. I promise you, as a customer for years & knowing the amazingly, beautiful & talented owner myself, you will not be disappointed with any piece of clothing, jewelry, or shoes you get!
