AaxonPay 4+

Ever since my condo association changed from coin op to aaxon it was been heaven!! No more quarters! The qrcodes are so easy and loading up my account works great. I even load up my card with visa gift cards I receive, a great tip for dumping that $25 from your cousin directly into something useful and having no weird balances.
It might be nice to reward users or give surprise gifts away. Wink wink. But one flaw is that our dryers do not allow adding extra time but the prompt always comes up and I hear that sometimes people pay extra to get zero extra time inadvertently. I wish that little option was bypassed. I just learn to skip it but I can see on a hurry it might be a flaw. Other than that. Love love love the system!!

We partnered with Aaxon laundry services a couple of years ago to revamp the laundry machines in our condo building. One of the biggest selling points was the Aaxon app, and for residents not needing to use coins anymore. While our machines have the capability for both, all residents in the building are super happy with the app. It works well, it’s easy to add funds to it via a linked credit card, and it keeps track of spending. The only feedback I have is that the alarm for when the cycle is done does not always come up, sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn’t. But I just set the timer on my smartphone to ring so it’s all good.

Aaxon will not issue refunds for any unused or remaining balance if you, for example, move out or no longer needs to refill your account. I recently moved out of a complex that uses Aaxon, and I submitted a request for a refund. This was back on March 30th when I moved out of the complex. I was just following up with them today (4/22) because the refund has not been processed. I just got off the phone with their customer service department, and I was told that they don’t process any refunds because the property management company (meaning where I used to live) was paid already huh????). So I was told to call the property management office, where I used to live, and they’re putting me through a hurdle already. They want an email explaining all the details, which I just sent. I was told that “they’ll see” the email and get back to me (🤞🏼). All this for a refund.
