Description
A macOS version of the zHome Plus which will interface with your HomeSeer Smart Home System. A HomeSeer system is required for this application to work with. This is not a standalone Home Automation product. This is a shared purchase with your iOS devices. Purchase zHome on your iPhone and your macOS is included at no additional cost. zHome Plus is not a subscription. After the 7 day trial if you purchase zHome Plus then here will be no additional subscription charges.
zHome Plus is designed to allow control of a HomeSeer Home Automation controller. Using zHome Plus you can configure custom rooms or custom scenes and select different types of controls for multi level devices such as light dimmers, fan controls, etc. You can chose between a slider, a stepper control and a segmented control ( Low, Med, High ) for your multilevel devices using the Classic user interface. If you set a device to specific control type in HomeSeer, then zHome will reflect those changes.
You can search all your devices to quickly find the one you wish to control. Our custom scenes will indicate to you if all the devices have correctly responded to your requested states. You can view the scene and what the devices are currently set to and what your custom scene will request if you chose to perform the scene.
zHome Plus will allow you to control the order of the rooms on your iPhone or iPad device and your Mac as well.
zHome Plus provides a free 7 day trial after which you have the option of a one time purchase of the app to continue using zHome Plus All features are available during the free trial period.
If you purchase zHome Plus on any of your devices it will be available to you on not only all hour iOS devices, but your macOS 11 or newer systems.
zHome Plus requires you have a functioning HomeSeer Automation controller.
What’s New
Version 6.2
You can now backup and restore your custom icons to your iCloud account. You have the option of only restoring the icons if needed.
Improved menu added to the Scene Status popup and the Device Control popup screens. Each has a menu option now that better indicates what your options are. You can add devices to your Apple Watch, insert devices into a custom room or custom scene from the menu. Scenes provide menu options to set the Time of Day modifiers for scene execution rules.
Note that adding devices and scenes to Apple Watch only occurs from your iPhone that is paired from the Apple Watch. However you can configure this on the maxOS version and transfer then the settings to your iPhone.
Several improvements for overall performance and robustness of the app.

I really like this app. The developer is very responsive. So far no issues with controlling My HomeSeer system.
Bad app for an even worse product
Steer clear of these plugs or anything that requires this app Zwave plugs aren’t worth the price and fail pretty quickly. Go with a tried and true brand these ain’t it.

Sure its free to download but you have to make an in app purchase to use it. Pathetic.

I am not sure how you can bash the app when its very clear that we offer a 7 day free trial. After the trial is up then yes, you must purchase the app to continue to use it. Seems like its rather obvious that if you want to continue to use it then you can purchase the app. How many apps are giving you a free 7 day trial and then YOU have the option to purchase or not. We are not a subscription app, we don't automatically start billing you after the free trial. It's your choice to purchase after the trial and not something we do without further acknowledgement by the end user.
