Messed up order

I placed the order for pickup. When I was placing the order, I chose a 7 in and after I picked up all the toppings decided to go for the next size. Although it picked the next size I did not realize it had reset all my toppings and preferences. Only after picking up the sandwich did I realize the bread was wrong, some toppings that I had deselected were still there. If they were being reset, it should make sure the customer is notified. There were no issues at the restaurant, sandwich was ready as promised. Really disappointed with the app.

New version stinks

Lost my info wasted 30 minutes trying to put it back in. Gave up and came in store to manually order. Somewhere there is probably some zillennial high 5ing the sky thinking they did a wonderful job on the app.

Really?

I expect startups, mom & pop stores, and fund raisers to have these kinds of downfalls with their app…but certainly not a huge corporation like DiBella’s. Spend the money on your IT department to develop an app that is actually functional and user-friendly. The current version of this app is the worst. Why can’t I order a sub tray from the app? Why can’t I see my points? Why can’t I scan a receipt if I don’t buy something through the app? Sounds fishy to me. I’m sure you can check that I haven’t been to Dibella’s nearly as often because of the poor functionality of this app. YOU’RE LOSING CUSTOMERS BECAUSE OF THIS APP. WAKE UP!!
