Can’t play Apple Music while on the app the music goes really low. Is this the app’s issue or Apple issue?

False Advertisement of Coins through Apple and light Chat

I was sold 10,000 coins for .99 cents payable to light chat I was told my diamond’s were fake I lost my Agency Pay because light chats advertised coins for .99 cents. Whether it’s a glitch or not they should be held responsible for what happened.. I was kicked out of the Agency because of it. Look elsewhere don’t waste your money on this app because you will suffer great losses to a glitched application

Issue with recharge and with apps

When there is a problem with your recharge online thru iPhone there is no way to refund it admins and tech support are not doing anything , it wont ever get refunded, but when ever there is a problem or bug with their system they will make sure to charge you with that amount, I do think that its a bit unfair, Apps is also lagging specially with IOS.
