SUBSCRIPTION INFORMATION
Subscription is available either as a monthly or yearly option. If you subscribe to the monthly option you will be billed per month. If you subscribe to the yearly option you will be billed the total annual fee from purchase date.

Payment for your NataliaMav app subscription will be charged to your iTunes Account on confirmation of your purchase. Subscription for your chosen duration provides access to the content within the NataliaMav Fitness app. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period at the cost of your chosen subscription.

Subscriptions may be managed in your iTunes settings and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your iTunes Account Settings after purchase. Refunds will not be issued for any unused portion of the remaining term. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

This is what i needed !!!!

I’ve been working out for 7 years I’ve competed I’ve won and it would have been a lot easier with this app! If your new to working-out the most important things are KNOWING WHAT YOUR DOING and consistency. Here’s where this app shines there’s videos and demonstrations I’ve done so many workouts incorrectly before but if you follow the demonstrations you can’t do it wrong!

Consistency there’s a built in calendar where you can upload your photos and see your own progress I use to do this in my own phone but having a app do it for you just makes it easier.

I never forget what I’m working out but someone’s I do forget lol to hit legs. If you have a job lol sometimes I cant remember what workouts I need to do or what order ding this app is here for you.

Never lagged on me everything just looks good runs fast which is what you need in the gym you’ll probably be looking for your music longer than the app loading. Also 😂 it’s connect to your music library so ha they made that faster too. If you read all of this and didn’t download the app I guess you don’t want to improve because that’s all this app is going to make you do ✌🏾.

Lifesaver!

This app is amazing and has changed me as a person. I’ve always had an eating problem. I would eat once a day or not eat at all and thought to stay skinny I needed to stay away from food. I was so weak I couldn’t workout or even go up the stairs without feeling like I ran a marathon!

I discovered this app on social media and thought oh great another workout app! Slowly I noticed all of the progress photos and read people’s testimonies. I gave it a go and I’m so happy I did! The app has meal plans for vegans, vegetarians, and regular diets. The workout plans are for the gym and home!! That was very important to me because I don’t like working out at gyms.

The important part of the app was the meal plans for me! I needed something easy, vegan, and filling. You can switch up the meals with so many options available and plan meals for the week ahead. As far as the workouts, I’m always sore and dying haha! The app also has a blog section where you can read about health.

Get this app.. it’s so worth it for your health and to start a new lifestyle!
