don't bother with the app ,

Buggy

I can’t look at all the stats on the app, as an admin, I only see my own calls. When you answer, you have to close it in the app or it won’t ring for the next call. This feature doesn’t always pop up so it’s deceiving and easy to forget to do. Also, sometimes when someone else picks up the phone (on simultaneously ring) your app won’t stop ringing (if you have it on your web browser the rings stops but not on the phone app). You also can’t log your ticket in the app to a existing ticket, only create a new one.

Live dashboard and call metrics

As a manager i want to see the live dashboard and call metrics from the mobile app.

This last update broke the app

Since the dark mode update was rolled out none of our phones ring on inbound calls. This update was supposed to add support for iOS dark mode, but all it did was break the app. Support solution was to turn off dark mode on the phones affected, which did nothing to fix the problem. Basically this is a useless app a this point, since no inbound calls can be received on the app. Hope they listen and fix it quick.
