Lacking, lumbering, and messy
I find the interface lackluster, needlessly confusing, and rather tedious to use for basic operation. Additionally, the app has begun to take up an enormous amount of storage (several GB) on my device despite the fact that I upload all my media to the cloud and then delete from my device every day. Apparently fotaflo is copying all uploaded media to my local storage when I upload and there's no way to see or control this duplication process, meaning I have 2 of everything but one copy is invisible and inaccessible. This is a pretty glaring oversight which I think demonstrates the general lack of careful design throughout the app. I wouldn't recommend.
Used to be better
Before they did a huge update, the app worked so much better. We used to be able to see the photos before we chose them and it didn’t crash all the time now, you have to restart it log out login constantly. If you don’t, you can’t see all of the reservations. Also, the photo quality is much less than it used to be, photos used to be automatically enhanced when taken and sent through the app, now they’re not focused, and some even have a fishbowl effect. Please do better for your customers and fix it.
