The app can definitely improved to make payments easier, to be able able to see your balance Bette, and it should be able to notify you when spending is happening to make it easier to track...

It’s fine. Could work much better
Could be improved by:
There is currently no way of seeing when payment is due, or what the minimum payment is - just the balance of your card and so I’m always on edge if I miss the payment date. This is a major issue for me and will likely change to a different provider. This is made worse by the fact that there is no way of checking online on a desktop as they shut down that service, so there’s absolutely no way of getting that information anymore. I have absolutely no idea why they shut down the website?! Ridiculous
Perhaps show how many miles are gained/on Virgin Atlantic
A spend summary each month on the Home Screen

Hi there, thanks for getting in touch. You can check on your statements each month from the "More" section to have a look when your payment is due. You'll also get a little box on your account summary page once you have a statement produced to show when your payment is due and how much. If you have a look under the "More" section and "Flying Club" you can see how many miles you've earnt in that statement period.
