Your developer dropped your facelift and broke it! It would not load in our store today because their wifi was down and we had a poor cellular signal. The menu that was pretty straightforward is now hopelessly unintuitive. There’s no way that’s obvious to give feedback through the app now that we’re home so Graeter’s gets a lousy public review. It’s a good thing you still provide terrific ice cream - customers should not judge the product by this version of the iPhone app! And DON’T let your app developers inside the ice cream plant!!!
Used to be a good app, and you’ve ruined it
New version of the app’s layout is too complicated, lists all flavors from the whole year, even when plenty are not available, and signs you out of your account, then shows an “error” when you try to access the account or create a new one. I’m 28 years old, this is not user error. Old app was better. Why’d you do this?
