View energy usage graphs to identify high usage trends. Navigate graphs quickly using an intuitive gesture based interface.
Contact Us -
Easily contact First Electric by email or phone. You can also submit one of the many predefined messages, with the ability to include pictures and GPS coordinates.
Maps -
Displays facility and payment dropbox locations on a map interface.

It works well overall but the registration screen needs voiceover support completely unusable.
First electric coop app
Yhe app worked great for many months. But then about 2-3 months ago it started not answering. The app times out before log on.
This is very aggravating and I’m thinking seriously about deleting the app and going back to calling in the payments.
I also noticed that the app is doing a lot of tracking which I strive to limit, as it’s none of your business.
Times out when signing in
The app times out when signing in. Tried on cell and tried on wifi with the same result. I even went to the local office and all they could come up with is to uninstall and reinstall - still the same problem.
