Incumbent bank doesn’t know a thing about customer experience
Really primitive app. Wasn’t tested, keyboard is ridiculous for typing PIN. No English support. No haptic feedback. Basically garbage. But thanks for the 100k for using your garbage app. Soon I’ll move away to another bank.

What if customers want stuck with older phone and can’t update newer version to run the app. You’re forcing customers to buy new phone to use Sacombank Pay. They rather not use Sacombank and use another bank.
