When it comes to ordering food, this app functions adequately. What is annoying is that the app promises you credits for purchases, but often you never receive them. I usually buy a sandwich and pay for it before I pick it up. You should be automatically credited for a transaction like that. You are not. You need to be sure you get a receipt with a barcode for your purchase, and even then, when you try to scan or enter the barcode to get a credit, you get a message saying that your purchase hasn’t been recorded yet. You will continue to get these messages weeks after you buy the sandwich. I have ended up sending emails to tech support to get the credits I should receive, and the technical support asks for receipt barcode numbers. So, save your receipts. This is annoying.

I signed out of my account, but looked at the email i used before i logged out. I tried to log back in but i forgot my password, so i hit password reset and put my email in that I used. I’m not getting and email password reset. It could be because the email does not exist with an account but I made sure it was that email before logging out. So, i tried to make a new account but it won’t let me because my phone is already registered to one. But if i don’t know my email or my password how do I fix that problem. Please help as I had rewards and points saved up. Or help me make a new account.

Super buggy and laggy in general. Not user friendly. Makes me re-enter my saved card info every time, not just the CVV but the actual entire card. No point in “saving a card” if I have to do that. The last time I ordered, the menu on the app did not match the actual menu at the store, so my sandwich was nowhere near what I thought it was going to be. Just tried placing an order now and it won’t even load the menu anymore. It’s a bummer because they have a really good points system, the food is great, and their delivery service is faster and more affordable than doordash but if I can’t use the app, I can’t get/use my rewards— so I’m just not going to order anything. They should really take the time to fix this, it’s been years and it only has been getting worse.
