This is the most annoying and useless app that I have ever used, scanners do not I had to try several times to get it to scan my ID the selfie part never worked. It is just terrible. If you are in the US YOU MUST USE YOUR PASSPORT, otherwise it will take for ever.
Does not work
Hi,
The selfie feature always hangs. I get the first two selfies and the third one will never take the picture. I have tried at least 5 times in all different types of light. Unable to get approved.
The first couple times I got the app to submit the needed info but it keeps saying my state issued ID is not support and I need a passport later in an email. In the United States it is costly to purchase one so there is a large portion of people that do not have one. Needs to be changed so we can use out state issues IDs
Use the proper I’d in this app
If you live outside of Europe, you need to use your passport. Is the US and Canada, this is the only document that will provide success when taking your selfie.
