Angel Eye Mobile 12+

This is one of the best tools for NICU parents, and family to connect and feel connected to the baby and the care they receive. You feel better seeing baby when you are away and cannot make it to the hospital. This is a beautiful tool I wish I had when my children needed the time with all the NICU staff and time away from me when I couldn’t be there. The family chat is a nice option as well for those that may not be able to text or are unfamiliar with texting like disabled or elder members that struggle with technology. This is a great app and tool! I’m sure it’s only the beginning for many more improvements to come!

First and for most, this a free app. It is in no way perfect but it is a wonderful opportunity for those to see their babies from home, work or where they are when they physically can not drive and see them for whatever reason.

I am fortunate to be able to drive and go see my baby almost every day but I still rely on this app heavily so check on my child and it gives me a piece of mind to sleep at night. So I much rather deal with all the little technically difficulties and glitches so I can see my baby from home.

It’s disappointing!!! I can’t be traveling a hour everyday to see my baby, so when they told me I could use this app to see my baby from home it have a little bit more comfort that even though I’m not with him I’d be able to see him, the app has been down more than what I have been able to see my baby, and when I can see him it freezes, it’s not totally live, I have to exit and go back in to see if there is a position move to tell if baby is awake, most of the time the option to see the live video is not an option. With all the technology in the world you’d think it would be color right, wrong it’s not. They need to make a lot of improvements. I really hope my baby can come home soon because this app is not helping very much in making me feel some comfort in being able to see him when I’m not with him.
