To start using stickers:
Step 1: Open a message and tap > button to the left to the text box
Step 2: Tap the app button that appears (it looks like an A) and then tap the button that looks like puppy in the lower left.
Step 3: Tap stickers icon to start sending

Very very cute! The app shows 12 stickers which represent each dog breed "folder". Just pick one to show the rest of them. You do get all of them as shown here. I purchased the whole pack for $6.99 since all of them are very adorable and well-made for such a reasonable price.
