Pretty addictive😋
I’m just really into the whole merging part of the game. The multitude of merged cakes are a visual sensation and give me an urge for cake in real life. When I get bored of merging cakes, I can switch to the role of a waiter and serve the cakes I’ve made - I love the combined cook and waiter role the player gets to serve in this game.
There are ads and I’ve seen more ads in this game than any other, but that’s really my fault since I always click the ad option for more mystery boxes and cakes. I’d rather watch like loads of ads in order to get further in the game. So I can’t really complain when it’s my choice to see more ads. It’s very rewarding to unlock new cakes and upgrading your bakery in this game.
My only real complaint is that I’ve unlocked all the cakes - I’m up to cake 40 now - and all the upgrades for my bakery. I wish the game would update soon with more cakes and such. Maybe there could be bakery wars - I don’t know how those would work - or leaderboards for most liked bakeries. Just a few ideas, but more cake updates are definitely necessary.
It’s fun... ads are not bad
I’m a little surprised how fun this game is. It has ads but they are incorporated into the game to help you get extra items and you don’t have to watch them if don’t want to! There are some pop ups but it’s really not that bad! I understand the concept of ad revenue for a “free” game. Some games have a ridiculous amount of pop ups but this one does not! You can actually enjoy the game and not feel like it was a game created to only make money from ads! It’s made for playing and it’s a lot of fun!
Fun game, nice looking…why that price?
I liked this game! It was a fun try and I’ve been looking for food-related games. Merge games have been my thing lately and I saw nice reviews and thought why not?
Downloaded it, played for a bit, enjoyed my experience. It’s not that hard to level up or anything, the gameplay is simple and everything looks very nice!!!
As I got up higher into the tiers, I noticed my phone was having tons of trouble. Heating up a lot, things were slowing down, that sort of deal. I don’t think a game like this should be heating my phone up that badly, or slowing down, when I’m only on Tier 12 of cake…
Along with that…a WEEKLY subscription? I understand ad revenue—you need to be able to make changes and make your game better, and I fully respect that—but…weekly subscription seems a little bit much to me.
