Traveling with a larger pet is such a hassle (if not sometimes downright impossible) in the city, and pet-friendly ride sharing is LONG overdue. But the execution here is a little flawed. I can’t schedule a ride less than two hours in advance, which isn’t ideal, but maybe that’ll change when more drivers sign up?

Rides are expensive - more expensive than your standard Uber or Lyft - but I’ve always said I’d be willing to shell out more $ to ensure my pup can come with me when needed, so I’m putting my money where my mouth is.

Overall, great idea.

Good to know this service exists if needed but it’s too expensive and need to give two hours notice at a minimum. I won’t be using it regularly but good to have if there are no other options.

I figured I would give this service a try and despite the already obscene quoted price ($28 for less than 2 miles), I was happy with my driver and the pick up process.

Right after getting dropped off I received my receipt of $41+! I’ve emailed them multiple times over the past two weeks to get a response and so far have received nothing but crickets. This is terrible customer service and I will not be recommending this to anyone.

To be charged over $40 for a very short drive is insane and to be charged that amount without first agreeing to it is unethical and terrible business practices.

Expect to pay even more than the already sky high prices and dead silence from customer service. God forbid there was another issue aside from the price because you will never hear back. The lack of response makes me question the safety of this app.

Another issue with this app is the need to schedule rides at least 2 hours. You’re better off calling an Uber/Lyft and trying to see if the driver would let you have your dog.
