Best App
I see most people saying the app is a mess or a disappointment , I should say maybe they’re using the old version. Pay no heed to the stupid comments people are passing here . The App is super good , you get to login to your account with number and password without the SIM card , making is very easy to retrieve your money even when your SIM card is lost or damaged .. the app does whatever the SIM card does just that you cannot buy airtime for another network which is not quite important… THE APP IS SUPPER GOOD and I’m happy they keep updating to make it even more better .
Need to work on a more intuitive design for the app
This app is extremely difficult to use. I have been trying for over an hour to pay for my FBB package on the app. No success. I also haven’t found any resources online on how to do that. Now I have loaded money onto my account and just can’t figure out how to buy a bundle.
I advise the app developers to really look beyond just putting buttons on the app to really making this app more intuitive. Eg I should not have to request to change my FBB package before I can purchase a different bundle. I should be able to easily use cash to buy a bundle. Why is there a second step to this.
There is no point in providing information on all the bundles on Telecel in the app if the next step from selecting my preferred bundle is not “buy this bundle”. A lot of the info here is simply not actionable. User experience needs A LOT of work.
Such a Fiasco!
A misfortune of an app. So Vodafone just simply can’t get a single thing right? Should u guys not have tested the app to be sure it works on all platforms before rolling it out?
This so-called app has never worked on iPhone 6 Plus since the update u seem so proud about. You started before mtn but go checkout their app. So disappointed!
The app crashes on attempt to open. Gets stuck on a blank white screen
