Are you an athlete, a coach, or a support staff member of a sports organization wishing to reduce the effects of jet lag and optimize recovery while travelling?
The PerformAway app helps reduce the impact of travel on fatigue levels. PerformAway was developed by high-performance sports experts who work with Olympic and Paralympic athletes and have a strong scientific background in recovery.
