Are you a current ServiceFactor user? ServiceFactor Mobile is a companion to your ServiceFactor web system, built for your field technicians.


ServiceFactor Mobile helps increase cash flow by automatically creating an invoice at the time of service and allows the technician the ability to process payments in the field. When a technician receives the service call information, they also receive notes about the customer, history and what equipment is located at the site. The technician can update their dispatch status, as well as enter material and flat rate repairs used (if applicable) against the specific piece of equipment for which it was used. All work can be approved by capturing a customer signature prior to performing recommended repairs, and the technician can also prepare a quote for the customer. If the quoted work is not approved, the quote will automatically be uploaded back to the office and generate a quote in the system for future follow up. Once the work has been performed, complete the work order by collecting payment (if applicable) and have the customer sign the invoice or work order. All information, including the customer’s signatures approving and accepting the work will sync back to the office, updating your system. With the ServiceFactor Mobile, you will set yourself apart from your competition by offering your clients the professionalism they deserve and expect.

Could be better

Looking up history for each customer is not available as it was with AcoTruck. There are a few good differences. But all in all, Aco truck was better.

Thank you for the compliments on ACOTRUCK, it is a great product, and we feel that ServiceFactor Mobile is just as good of a product as ACOTRUCK, and actually has more features. ServiceFactor Mobile has always given you the ability to view a Customer's History and even drill down into the details as long as you had an open Work Order for the customer on your device. In a recent release, we added the ability to view history in ServiceFactor Mobile for customer's that do not currently have an open work order on the device. This is a great feature that will allow you view a customer's history before creating a Work Order in SF Mobile. You can get to this from the Menu Option 'View History or Create Work Order'.

Excellent

Great product, very well designed. We were apprehensive at first because of problems with another product but so glad decided to move forward. Syncs seamlessly with QBO. Tech support is very responsive and helpful. Office staff and techs love it! I highly recommend Service Factor.

Bumpy start but after a few updates and hotfixes. Have to say it’s very user friendly and the team is very responsive when it comes issues. Tech approved.
