"Radar for Zoho Desk" is a helpdesk productivity app that provides a quick overview of vital customer service stats. Using this app, both help desk managers/admins and customer support agents can easily manage workload and track performance anywhere, anytime from the convenience of their mobile devices. Stats related to ticket resolution time, customer happiness, live traffic, and individual agent stats power this app. While managers/admins can view these stats for all agents, agents can view only those pertaining to themselves. It brings anomalies to your notice instantly and helps identify bottlenecks even before they arise.

* Customize the look and feel of the app, just the way you want it.

Subscription (In-App Purchase):

We’ve allowed users to subscribe/upgrade to paid editions. Following are the 3 plans that we’ve supported in the Radar app: Standard, Professional & Enterprise. Users can sign-up with a 15 days FREE Trial on any of the editions and subsequently they can upgrade to the plans to utilise more benefits. Users can either choose to opt for a Monthly or a Yearly subscription. Discounts will be applied for the annual plans for the respective edition.

* Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase
* Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period
* Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period
* Subscriptions can be managed and auto-renewal can be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.
* Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

Perfect for management

Great! Our management team utilizes this tool perfectly! They don’t understand all the options in desk, they just need the numbers and stats. Thank you! I do agree though, these tools being part of desk just to save space app wise would be nice.

Good layout, app doesn’t work right though.

First off, I love the layout of this app compared to the standard desk app. 10/10 on that one. The additional features are super nice as well.

That being said, I’m having trouble with the app staying up to date on what is happening in Desk. The ticket counts are frequently off and sometimes tickets that are there don’t show up.

Great app with good insight- but...

I actually really like this app. There is a lot of good insight to support Zoho desk and to get a sense of the inbound/outbound traffic.

The reason for the one star review is that I believe that these features should be included IN the Zoho Desk app - NOT as a separate app.

I already have a folder full of Zoho apps... I don't really need another one when all of these features could have been included within the original Zoho desk app.

That being said, we understand your disappointment that you don't want two apps for handling the ticket management. In fact, the Radar app not just have the insights, but also the tickets related to the stats are just a click away on the numbers. So, you will not miss any functionalities in the app. Moreover, users can get going with their day-to-day activities (like ticket replies, comments, collision detection, feeds, etc.,) without any stoppage. Please give it a try and we are sure you will love it more.

We are adding more admin/manager focused functionalities in the Radar app, and that should justify that users will need this app for a proactive mode.
