The MedImpact mobile app delivers access to personalized drug information for eligible members. You can easily manage your pharmacy benefit and make informed decisions. The MedImpact app lets you see detailed info on your medications.

You can:
• View fill history for prescription drugs
• Check drug prices
• Find a pharmacy near you
• Refill Birdi mail-order drugs
• Renew expired prescriptions
• Review estimated copay, order status and next refill date
• View virtual ID card
• View member copays
• Manage dependent accounts when authorized
• Set communication preferences (text/email)
• View year-to-date drug spend
• View tax report

Members who have already registered can sign in to the app. Members signing in for the first time must register online or via the mobile app.

Refill

The app is effective, but sometimes a little confusing. They should have an email service automated to tell you when you need to reorder. You run out of refills, and even on auto refill they don’t let you know. That can be a little dangerous depending on the prescription. Otherwise, a very useful service.

Worst pharmacy & app

My husband and I both have entered our information in their system numerous times, it never saves. Or the app crashes while reentering it. Doing it online gives the same results. It never sticks. We save it and it’s there but next time we long in it’s like we never entered it. They’re constantly telling us they don’t have some piece of our information. ALSO Prescriptions take almost a week after they are sent by the doctor to be filled. The representative told us it takes them 72 hours before they even know they have received a new prescription. Then they wait to call you to ask permission to fill it. Really? Why do I need to give permission? I was at the doctor and know I need to take it. Absolutely horrible! Then it takes a week to receive once shipped. We are still waiting for a script sent on 7/13, today is the 26th. That’s half a month! By that time you’re out of medication. I cannot go 2 weeks without my thyroid medication. I don’t know how anyone else can wait that long either. What if you’re diabetic and need insulin?

virtually nothing works

as other reviewers mentioned, “add to apple wallet” just produces an error message that the card wasn’t added. trying to update notification preferences doesn’t work either, just keeps saying “We are unable to process you requested this time. Please try again later. If the issue still persists, please contact our support team.” same with adding allergies, payment info, etc. also, when checking the opportunities to save by changing pharmacy, most of the pharmacy names are cut off… doesn’t do me any good if you don’t tell me which pharmacy it is!!!
