Description
Quick QBL is a custom calculator that measures blood volume more accurately than estimated blood loss.
Quantified blood loss can be calculated by measuring saturated materials and then subtracting the dry weight.
The conversion from weight to volume is simple, 1gm=1ml.
Quick QBL provides the weights of standard materials along with photos for easy identification.

If you are a labor and delivery nurse, you know how an accurate QBL can save a patient’s life. This app let’s you put in your wet weight and instantly subtract the dry weights of your pads, laps, etc. It even has easy to see pics of pads, laps, chux etc.

ive wished for this for YEARS!!! it helps immediately, and i got my items entered in a few minutes.
Needs area for drapes and suction canisters
Ok calculator, but it doesn’t have anywhere to account for blood in suction canisters and under buttocks drapes. Need a place to enter volume prior to delivery of placenta and after, so amniotic fluid and irrigation can be subtracted from total volume.
