I thought this whole healthy you stuff was a little quirky, but after going through the pages and programs I was surprised at how great this program is. It’s user friendly for even a computerphobe who is very reluctant to try new things. I hope you do well and have success with your program.
Makes my daughter’s soul happy
Whenever my daughter has had a rough day, we go through the Starbucks drive through and I let her get whatever drink she wants. She likes to try something new every other time. I am glad you have milk options because my princess is lactose intolerant. Her favorite option is oat milk. Thank you for helping make my daughter’s soul happy.

Having the convenience of recording and viewing challenges through the app is great. You don’t have to wait to log in through work to record progress, the App is clean and easy to use. The information provided to keep your mind and body healthy is great!
