Bring the old app back!!!

This WAS my 2 year old’s favorite game! Always cracking up at feeding the dinosaurs and his favorite, the dinosaurs running and popping the balloons. He loved it so much I paid for the app, and that’s rare for me. He clicks on this app now and just scrolls, and finds nothing worth sticking with. I’ve tried showing him all the new games, but he’s not impressed one bit. Just exits out and goes to another game. WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT… why the change?! It was great before!

Best baby games under 2yrs

I’ve been hunting for games for my 16 month old to play on her own and this one completely hit the mark. She’s still a bit too young to play the other games like matching a certain number of items in a jar to the correct amount or following anything in number order so most of the games were a bust.

I loved that these games were centered around something she could do - tap incessantly on the screen! There are also multiple games that can leverage that action like popping bubbles, exploding fireworks, even coloring! She loves these games and we get peace and quiet during dinners outside our home.

There is a great free option (I have this one on my phone) and I purchased the full pack for less than $10 on her iPad. There are plenty of free modules in each category but you do get much more with the small purchase of the full pack. I highly recommend for the tiny ones who can’t read yet!

Scam! Truly beware!

So we purchased the in app one time purchase to unlock all games about four months ago. Everything was working perfectly until the most recent update now requires you to do a monthly subscription in order to unlock all games. We already bought the games when they were a one time purchase, but now it will not allow us to access any of them. Any attempt to restore purchases via the link in the app, conveniently just says that it failed and to verify Internet connection even when Internet connection is clearly working.

And what happens when I try to reach out to the developer if you go to their website via the app support link in the App Store it links to a email form that is completely broken and comes up with an error. Anytime you try to submit a communication.

Apple obviously is saying that the in app purchase is not refundable and to contact the developer but once again, there is no way to actually contact the developer. a little more research it looks like the developer is somewhere based in India and any other way to contact them is a dead end, phone numbers, everything. I even emailed a couple random emails that I can find online but to no response.

Essentially no resolution to a problem that could’ve been resolved by refunding the people that have made one time purchase before rolling out the subscription model, or allowing them to be grandfathered in and be able to actually restore purchases in game
