Totally useless
Either server is offline throughout the year
Or the app doesn’t connect to device
All other brands Gree, Haier etc have simple one touch intuitive connection & functionality. Useless paying extra for WiFi enabled appliances when you can’t use it. The App is just as pathetic as the products, after sales & customer service of Orient Pakistan.

The iOS version needs to be updated to the latest version 4.49. The Room Temperature sensor doesn’t seem to be reported correctly. The autopilot feature should be introduced for Ultron Bold 18G gold inverters. The instantaneous graphs used previously were much more useful. Energy consumption daily in kWh would be much more useful in bill calculations. Thanks

App takes multiple attempts to connect to air conditioner but does not control remotely. Did not turn device on/off from phone, did not change temperature, did not show current or temperature or any other values. Complete and utter disappointment and waste of time.
