Awesome Customer Service
Hello shark book members and future members. I want to say thank you to the awesome customer service members at shark book. (Thanks guys..)
The first response back to me was about 24hrs but in today’s world that is an awesome response time.
I had an issue with my account it seemed that for some reason I was being logged in with a guest account and could not connect to my active account which I had a good some of funds in there.
So I contacted the shark book developers using there home page.
We emailed back and forth for about 2 days they asked me many questions and also asked me to try and login and out many different ways.
In the end the staff at shark book resolved the situation. I was rather impressed with the way the team got in touch with me and even worked with me on my end to come to a resolution.
More importantly to me was that they just did not brush me off
like so many other app developers would have done.
So for all you shark book members and future members if you should have an issue with your account just email the shark book team and they will respond in a timely matter.
Keep in mind and don’t get discouraged that in some cases the situation may not be a one day fix but in the end it will get resolved.

The app seems to be somewhat abandoned
Many people who play this game or complaining that they have not received any kind of notification on games that were played a year or more ago. I am among that group. Also, there is absolutely no support of any kind anymore. And there has not been an update or any attention paid to the app for one year as I write this.
Another issue I have, is that in the soccer matches they do not have such a thing as winning or losing win there is no score. When there is no score they make themselves a winner and the player the loser. And this is not the way that game is scored as far as Betting is concerned. Also, they do not have any way to bet on a tied game or a no score game.
So it is fun to play the game and you are not out any money and are not subject to a lot of advertisements. You are subject to some advertisements however. But if you expect any kind of support whatsoever this is not the game for you. I think whoever it was in charge of this game is either not around much anymore or has more or less abandoned the app. But they do occasionally let you know if you have one or lost.
Great for amateurs and pros!
I love this app, it helps me keep up with my itch to gamble. It also keeps me up to date on the odds for the games that day! Only downside is I wish they had soccer!!!!
