A team of; Habit Change Specialists, Life coaches, Elite Personal Trainers, Nutritionists and Sleep Experts saw large numbers of people attempting a lifestyle change but were unable to stay on track.

Good

I have done many ‘4 and 12 week weight loss challenges’ where I’d see some success, but always eventually regain the weight. I needed something to help me building lasting habits and track my progress, which this app does well. It’s a slower but more sustainable approach where they teach you how to eat, with less focus initially on what to eat. The results have been worth it. I love the quick 1-3 minute home workouts, for when you just can’t get to gym, or don’t have time. I feel good for at least having done something.

Unique and Effective!

I am loving the uniqueness of this app in that the focus on daily habit shifts is helping create long term success.
The programs are well thought out with attention to detail and excellent explanation.

I enjoy having the option to both read or listen to the daily coaching tip and as per the habit stacking recommendation, am remembering to listen in each morning while getting dressed for my training session.
Excited for the convenience and precision now easily accessible to me right from my phone!
