BEKEN Prepaid Mobile app provides you access to your prepaid card information on your mobile device. This application is free to download and makes it easy for you to bank on the go!
Use your prepaid website credentials to sign-in. Use the "register" option if you do not have prepaid website credentials. Once you log on, you'll have access to:
• View Balance
• View Transaction History
• Suspend or Reactivate Cards
• Manage Alerts
• Request Balance Information via text message

Declining
I’ve tried to use my card multiple times and it keeps declining the charges. Have called them twice and both times they say there’s nothing wrong with it. So I called the company that loads the money and they said there wasn’t nothing on there end. To call you guys back and y’all can fix it. So I did and still wasn’t able to get it fixed
