The Limo App is a ridesharing app that allows users the ability to book executive style transport priced for one-way trips. There’s no need to pay hundreds of dollars for a driver to sit and wait for you. With the Limo App, you just tap to request a ride, or schedule your ride in advance; and it’s easy to pay with credit or cash in select cities.
Whether you’re going to the airport, dinner or a show it will always be more fun arriving in style in a Limo! Vehicle type availability will change from city to city however the social setting in each of our vehicles allow for the best experience available.
Requesting your Limo is easy—here’s how it works:
- Just open the app and tell us where you’re going.
- The app uses your location, so your driver knows where to pick you up.
- You’ll see your driver’s picture, vehicle details, and can track their arrival on the map.
- Payment can be made by credit/debit card or cash in select cities, other payment options coming soon.
- After the ride, you can rate your driver and provide feedback to help us improve the ride experience. You’ll also get a receipt by email.

This App is a game changer!
Used the beta release the app worked flawlessly with no issues even got rewarded with a free limo ride would recommend to anyone from business to casual this is the future of limo travel 5 stars!
Terrible service! Liars!
Beware of this service! They are not legitimate. I confirmed a ride over a week in advance and received confirmation the week of about my ride on Saturday night at 6PM. Called them at 6:15 and they told me it was for 6:30 (lie #1). Said driver will be there at 6:45. So we waited because they told us the driver was on the way. Called back at 6:50 and were told the driver was getting gas. Said ok we will wait since they are close and an hour of our time had already been wasted. At 6:55 they called to tell me the driver actually still had a wedding party and at that point I knew I had been played. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!

This was an unfortunate circumstance that came out of our Louisville Kentucky market. To the customer I apologize, please email support@thelimo.app and we would love to try and provide a way to make this better. However we have changed our distributor in Louisville KY and have not had any double booking issues since. With any new start up this type of service can be detrimental to a business, we continue to work to provide the best possible service for executive transportation.

App is quick and responsive not filled with ads... graphics look great easy to navigate and easy to access support if needed. Love the idea of cash payment
