Put it on the Apple Watch

This is hands down the best tool for living in an apartment. Everything you need is on the app. The only reason this review is 4 stars is because the key does not go to the apple wallet or the Apple Watch. You have to open the app to access your key. This isn’t that big of a deal, but when your hands are full or youre in a hurry it’s a bit of a nuisance. If the developers could update it so that your room key can be used on Apple Watch and apple wallet, that would be great.

Frustrating user experience

I use the app in lieu of the physical key fob. It’s so buggy so that when I open the app, navigate to the key area, Auto Unlock doesn’t work but half the time. Then trying to select a door in the nearby section is worse. As the list of doors populates (rather slowly), I’ll try to hit the door I want unlocked but if you hit it as the list is still populating, you’ll accidentally hit the wrong door and have to wait for it to search and fail to connect to the door, eating up several seconds. While the app is attempting to connect to the wrong door, tapping any other button doesn’t work. It’s buggy so that after an unsuccessful connection to a door that’s not nearby, the app has a mind of its own and tries to connect to other doors on its own and prevents me from selecting the door I want opened. However the MOST frustrating part of the app is after successfully unlocking a door, to unlock a second door, I have to force close the app every time and reopen it. It’s so so awful and a complete waste of time.

It’s okay

Paying rent is about the only thing that I use this app for. Not sure if the problems I have are with the app or because management just uses the app for rent payments. I’ve attempted to make posts in the community feed and it never actually posts which has been super frustrating ex. I found someone’s debit card in the hall and tried to make a post, says my post was posted go to the feed and my post is no where to be found. Also, there’s no option to message management directly only maintenance requests and none of the promoted offers are available in my area. Maybe my complex’s management doesn’t utilize all of the apps features. Would be great if I were able to use all of them.
