Mademli Boutique 9+

I have been a customer of this This family since they sold a previous line of clothes and am now a customer of the the store they just opened as well. They are an awesome family who cares about all of their customers and have made Mademli a family, not just a supplier of cute clothes. Mademli Boutique is my only source of clothing for myself. The quality is superb, the clothes are beautiful and unique and you can’t beat the pricing. Their customer support is top notch and all the employees are amazing and always available to help or answer a question. Visit this Boutique and buy a few items. You will become just as addicted to their clothes as well as the group of people you meet on one of their lives and find yourself returning week after week. Believe me, You will not be disappointed to become Mademli family.

I made my first purchase here not long ago. The wrong size items were sent to me. Even after measuring the items and taking pictures of the tags to prove I was telling the truth (which by the way I’ve never been asked to do when the seller was at fault) I was still required to pay postage myself to return the items when it was THEIR fault. I even wrote them a kind email telling them I understood that mistakes happen, to which they never replied. I’ve had order mistakes before at other boutiques, no questions asked, they bend over backwards to accommodate me and make up for their error. The boutique I usually buy at, the two times they made an error (out of the hundreds of purchases I’ve made) , they refunded my purchase completely. I don’t expect every boutique to do that, but at least paying for postage and being a little more apologetic instead of questioning whether I’m telling the truth or not, would have been nice. The dresses were a birthday gift for someone and between sending the dresses back to them, and waiting for the right ones to come in, I completely missed her birthday.
This being my first order I was not impressed and actually disappointed. I had watched many of their live sales before I purchased, and they seem like nice people, I would just recommend they work a little harder on their customer service, especially when the first purchase someone makes is faulty on their end.

I love shopping with Natasha and Stewart and their wonderful Mademli Team! Seriously was so sad to see them leave their last business endeavors, but no one could have ever imagined how great they would be running their own boutique. Awesome quality and even better service, they make shopping online the best experience. Sizing is on point when you ask, and the clothes look fabulous. I was so scared of ordering online, but this is my number one place to shop! They are stellar! Best online shopping experience! And I love the fit videos they do, and their live sales. Niki and Jackie are hilarious! It’s like shopping with your family/girlfriends every time! I just love Mademli!!!
