The concept behind this app and associated time clock is great. — physical time cards that can be quickly scanned to capture pay data.

The implementation is one of the worst I’ve encountered. Although the developer has made vast improvements in the scanning portion of the app (it now works almost 50% of the time), everything else in the app rarely works as expected - moving from screen to screen in the Ui usually takes 60 seconds or more, saving works less than 10% of the time and data is often corrupted after it’s saved.

Do yourself a favor. — return the time clock if still can and find some other solution. This app will not

I’ve tried to be patient for updates to fix the issues with this app. But after 7 months of using the app there’s not much of a difference.

The save feature is still unpredictable. Every action made can take up to 20 seconds to process. So if you have to manually enter in times be prepared to waste a lot of your time.

The straw that broke my camel’s back was when I successfully scanned one of my employee’s time cards, then came in the next day to see that only half of the punches were saved. I can’t risk my employee’s trust on this thing. 10-key entry with Excel will be a better, and quicker, option for me now.

I bought the time clock based on the fact there was an app and a cloud that goes along with it. The app is absolutely horrible, it crashes, gives errors, is very slow, and does calculate the time correctly. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE THIS CLOCK BASED ON THE FACT THERE IS AN APP THAT GOES WITH IT. The clock alone works great, easy to use and easy to set up but the app isn’t worth the time I spent downloading or on online chat with IT which did not help any at all. Then later got an email saying my problem was resolved. Well it’s not, I’m still computing time by hand, not just using a different time card…….
