Oh, so sorry about your experience! Our usual processing time is less than 15 minutes. However, a few transactions get delayed due to different reasons e.g beneficiary bank having a downtime.
TERRIBLE , DO NOT USE
This has got to be the worst money transfer app, they don’t exchange money at the rate shown and after depositing money then they tell you about a minimum amount that can be sent which you don’t see anywhere before you begin the transaction, I believe there should be a prompt about what to expect when sending to certain places (countries) but what else do you expect from an app built to extort. Judging from your review on IG and other social platform, this is a terrible business that needs to be shut down.

Worst App Ever
Hello everyone. I hope you can get to read review before downloading this app. It’s better you don’t download it because you will definitely regret it. OhentPay will either delay your payment for days or weeks or close your account and not refund your money. They’ve scammed a lot of people already. Go to their Facebook and X account and see people crying to have their hard earned money released to them. I am a victim too. Please don’t ever download this app.
