Description
EndeavorRx is the first & only FDA-authorized video game treatment to improve attention for kids 8-17 with primarily inattentive or combined-type ADHD. Access to treatment in the game requires a prescription or order from your child's health care provider. If you receive a prescription for EndeavorRx, you will be sent an email with instructions to complete payment and receive an activation code.
Created by world-class neuroscientists and award-winning game designers, EndeavorRx is powered by Selective Stimulus Management Engine (SSME™) technology that is designed to challenge and target areas of the brain that play a key role in attention function.
When playing the game, the goal is for your child to successfully navigate their character through courses while collecting targets and avoiding obstacles. They’ll chase mystic creatures, race through different worlds, use boosts to problem-solve while building their very own universe — and the difficulty levels adjust in real-time based on each child’s performance.
Follow your child's treatment journey with EndeavorRx Insight®: the official EndeavorRx companion app for caregivers. This free app connects directly to your child’s EndeavorRx treatment, providing a daily snapshot of your child's in-game mission completion and effort score. Download from the app store today!
EndeavorRx is a digital therapeutic indicated to improve attention function as measured by computer-based testing in children ages 8-17 years old with primarily inattentive or combined-type ADHD, who have a demonstrated attention issue. Patients who engage with EndeavorRx demonstrate improvements in a digitally assessed measure, Test of Variables of Attention (TOVA®), of sustained and selective attention and may not display benefits in typical behavioral symptoms, such as hyperactivity. EndeavorRx should be considered for use as part of a therapeutic program that may include clinician-directed therapy, medication, and/or educational programs, which further address symptoms of the disorder. No serious adverse events were reported. Federal law restricts this device to sale by or on the order of a licensed health care provider. For full instructions for use and important safety information, please visit www.endeavorrx.com/instructions-for-use/.
EndeavorRx should be played for approximately 25 minutes a day, 5 days a week for at least 4 consecutive weeks or as directed by your child’s health care provider. At the end of the 4 week treatment period, your child may benefit from additional treatment, as directed by your child’s health care provider.
If your child experiences any side effects related to playing EndeavorRx (such as frustration, headache, dizziness, emotional reaction, nausea, or aggression), stop the treatment and contact your child’s health care provider before resuming.
EndeavorRx may not be appropriate for patients with photo-sensitive epilepsy, color blindness, or physical limitations that restrict use of a mobile device; caregivers should consult with their child’s health care provider.

Ratings and Reviews
See AllWorks your brain out!
I just played EndeavorRx for the first time, and wow—this game is intense. It’s designed to be engaging, and it definitely succeeds. Even as a 14-year-old, I found myself completely immersed, to the point where I had to fight the urge to throw something in frustration. (I threw a little keychain instead of my chair or something else expensive.) I’ve never been this mad at a game before and I’ve played a lot of PVP (player vs player.)
By the time I finished playing, I was mentally drained. If you’re planning to try it, I’d HIGHLY recommend getting your schoolwork and homework done first because this game will leave your brain fried.
Additional information:
I’ve taken medication like Vyvanse before, and while it eventually helped my brain settle down even after I stopped taking it, EndeavorRx still proved to be a challenge. Despite its focus-enhancing design, I found it surprisingly difficult to concentrate while playing. As I played more, it got a little easier, but it was a lot thrown at me. I’ll continue testing it and share any updates if anything changes! :D
The game needs a change.
(I’m one of the patients for this app writing this review.)
The game is repetitive. there is no plot or story line it’s just get this done and it’ll be over with. you do the same thing over and over again. A lot of people are saying this. it gets really frustrating and annoying to keep steering for the boosts or obstacles. instead of engaging the audience it just angers it. it’s nothing new other than the new worlds. it’s boring. I know I only used this for 2 weeks but personally, it’s just not working. there needs to be something new! and the game is unfair. the animals move way too fast and a child’s reaction time isn’t that well developed. I know the game gets harder but *it’s not fair*. when you’re doing the same thing over and over again, it’s not fun anymore. and for this case, it NEEDS to be fun in order to “cure” ADHD. this game is not well thought out. us kids are impatient. it’s in our nature.
Amazing! Game Changer!!!!!
I am a family nurse practitioner who has had ADHD since I was age 5. I’ve taken a variety of medications and seen numerous things that are purported to help with ADHD. Here are some key takeaways
1. This is a video game specifically focused on helping children age 8 to 12 with ADHD it requires supervision from a healthcare professional that’s why it’s FDA approved and needs a prescription.
2. There is a commitment to use this 3 to 5 times a week for at least three months to see results. It does not replace medication it is adjunct therapy to be used in consideration with other treatment modalities. Basically that means the family and the healthcare professionals decide on other things that can help with ADHD this is never a standalone product.
3. As a dualy licensed family nurse practitioner and psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner I find any tools that can help support family and improve the disease process is much better than just medication alone. Enclosing research different treatments read and understand with the product does and does not do before making some flippant and derogatory comments that makes you look uneducated and uninformed.
This product may not be for everyone but for those with adhd age 8 to 12 it is a new therapeutic tool that is a game changer
