Stopped working/ won’t let me log back in

After 2 seizures last year, my mom was concerned so we looked into this app, at first it was great the only issue I had was it randomly logging me out every so often to where I’d have to go and log back in to make sure it was keeping track. I’m not sure how long it’s been logged out, but when I try to log back in it’s saying a payment is required. I get email receipts from the payments being made, my mom pays for it and she said it’s coming out of her bank regularly, it just renewed the subscription the beginning of the month and it still will not work. My mom tried to contact customer support and apparently there was a “high call volume” so she requested for a call back, in which she never received. Safe to say we will be looking into another app that will actually work.

Peace of mind

So far we have loved how this app works. I occasionally run into issues running the test but logging out and back in usually fixes it. We have tried a few other apps and this is the only one that is both reliable and the battery on the Apple Watch lasts all night for my son.

Updated after years of use - any issues we have had have been resolved with care and immediate results. It caught his last seizure, and I sleep better every night knowing that it does actually work. I’ll occasionally force it to go off just to check and it always does. It’s helpful to close both apps (watch and phone) and reopen.
